How to sign up for MyTech-Fix and choose the right plan.

Signing up

Go to mytech-fix.com and click Start Free in the navigation. You'll be asked for your email address and a password. No credit card is required to start.

Once you confirm your email, you'll have a free trial account with 5 chat sessions — enough to try every core feature before deciding on a plan.

Choosing a plan

All paid plans include unlimited troubleshooting, device memory, network diagnostics, maintenance monitoring, and (on Home and above) productivity tools.

Upgrading from a free trial

When your 5 free sessions are used, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. Click Upgrade from the prompt, or go to Account → Billing at any time. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
